Delete your Black account

Black is the Backett Howe app, published by BACKETT HOWE LTD. Use the steps below to request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address on the account. Use the subject “Delete my Black account” and include the account email. If the account has a separate username, include that too.

We confirm the request at that email address, then delete the account within 30 days.

What we delete

Within 30 days we delete the account email, password and authenticator, appointment requests sent from that account, and messages you sent through Assist me while signed in.

What we keep

Research notes already published on backetthowe.com stay published. Those notes are Backett Howe publications, not your account. We also keep records required for a legal or regulatory obligation, and aggregated device, browser and usage analytics that no longer identify you. We do not sell personal data.
