Backett Howe (“Backett”, “Howe”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of founders, visitors and partners who use backetthowe.com and our related products.

We collect the information you provide when you contact us, request access to Backett Blueprint, Backett Benchmarks, Backett Fragments or Backett Open Source, and technical data such as device, browser and usage analytics required to operate the site.

We use this information to operate our products, communicate with you, improve the platform, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data. When you book an appointment, your name, email and chosen time are stored on the studio calendar so we can run the meeting. Studio sign-in with Google is limited to listed Backett Howe accounts and is used only to open the desk session.

To delete a Black account, email [email protected] from the account email with the subject “Delete my Black account”. We delete the account email, password, authenticator, appointment records and signed-in Assist me messages within 30 days. Published research notes, legal records, and analytics that no longer identify you are kept. The steps are also at backetthowe.com/account-deletion.
